How we fix it
Where the wall can be reached from outside, we excavate to the footing, repair the crack or wall, apply a waterproof membrane and replace the drainage so water is carried away from the house. Where exterior access is not practical, we repair from inside. Bob will tell you which approach your house needs, what it involves, and what it costs, before any work starts.

Is a crack in my foundation serious? Hairline shrinkage cracks are common and often only need sealing. Cracks that are wider than a few millimetres, growing, horizontal, or letting water in should be looked at. Call and Bob will assess it at no charge.
Do I need to waterproof the whole foundation? Not always. If one wall or one crack is the problem, we fix that. If the exterior membrane has failed all round, we will say so and quote it separately.
